The City of Lubbock is requesting Statement of Qualifications for professional engineering services for the Environmental Assessment for the Upland Avenue Corridor from the 66th Street Intersection to the Intersection of 114th Street. The proponent will also provide design and engineering for the first phase of the project from 66 th Street to 82 nd Street.
SUBMISSION PROCESS, DUE DATE, AND REQUIRED DOCUMENTS One original and six (6) copies of the response, including all required forms and applicable supporting documentation, are required.
