The selected consultant is encouraged to utilize existing PSP studies and data, which will be made available during final scoping and negotiations. The anticipated services for the Master Plan would include those typically performed during an airport master planning process, as outlined in FAA Advisory Circular 150/5070-6B (Airport Master Plans). Where possible, information and data gathered as part of the PSP Electronic Airport Layout Plan (eALP) project, pavement management program and other previously completed airport and local/regional studies shall be utilized in order to reduce the scope of work and time required to complete the Project. Other Details The term of this contract will be for 30 Months. A. Experience: The Proposer must have prior experience providing similar services for airports within the United States of similar or size and Complexity. Projects must have involved federal and state funding completed within the last seven (7) years. B. Knowledge: The Proposer Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of FAA regulations including operations, planning and design, policies and procedures, including Airport Master Plan Requirements of FAA AC 150/5070-6B. Must have knowledge of project schedule and budget performance. C. Business License: The selected firm will be required to be licensed in accordance with the City of Palm Springs Business License Ordinance, Municipal Code Chapter 3.40 through 3.96, entitled “Business Tax”. Proposers may obtain the license after award but must do so promptly as the license will be routed with the contract for final signature.
