Page 1 of 1 ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS MISSOURI EASTERN RAILROAD UNION, MISSOURI UNION TRANSLOAD PROJECT General Notice Missouri Eastern Railroad (Owner) is requesting Bids for the construction of the following Project: Union Transload Project Bids for the construction of the Project will be received electronically by the Missouri Eastern Railroad [Attn: Tony Cox (tcox@jag-transport.com)], until Friday, May 24, 2024, at 4:00pm local time. At that time the Bids received will be privately opened and read. The Project includes the following Work: Construction of new siding and spur track. Project includes track construction, grading work, installation of drainage structures, installation of guardrail, and

paving. Bids are requested for the following Contract: Union Transload Project in Union, Missouri. Obtaining the Bidding Documents Prior to receiving Bidding Documents bidders may request the Prequalification questionnaire at tcox@jag-transport.com Prequalification questionnaire due back by Monday May 13, 2024, at 4:00 pm central time. Information and Bidding Documents for the Project can be requested at: tcox@jag-transport.com Bidding Documents may be downloaded from the designated website. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for Bidding Documents, including addenda, if any, obtained from sources other than the designated website. Pre-bid Conference A mandatory pre-bid conference for the Project will be held on Tuesday, May 21 at 10:00 am at 501 Independence Drive, Union, MO. Bids will not be accepted from Bidders that do not attend the mandatory pre-bid conference. Instructions to Bidders.
