PROJECT SCOPE: The project scope of work includes existing roofing demolition down to light-weight concrete substrate. Existing light-weight concrete over metal deck is to remain. The new roof work shall include furnishing of all labor, materials, tools and equipment required to install a new roof over the Lake Park Library building. Roofing to include new insulation board, 4-plys of roofing membrane, new flashings, trims and caps as necessary to provide a complete and water-tight roof envelope.Show
