{A1249061.1 } TOWNSHIP OF CHATHAM MORRIS COUNTY, NEW JERSEY NOTICE REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sealed submissions will be received by the Township QPA of the Township of Chatham until 11:00 A.M. prevailing time on Wednesday, March 29, 2023 at which time the submissions will be opened. Qualifications should be submitted to the Township Clerk, Gregory J. LaConte, at the Municipal Building, 58 Meyersville Road, Chatham, New Jersey 07928. • Affordable Housing Planner for Chatham Township The successful Affordable Housing Planner (“Planner”) will perform professional services in connection with the Township’s affordable housing matters. RFQ packages are on file at the Township of Chatham Clerk's Office located at the Township Municipal Building, 58 Meyersville Road, Chatham, New Jersey 07928 and may be obtained during regular business hours, 8:30 A.M. to 4:30 P.M., Monday through Friday beginning Thursday, March 9th, 2023. RFQ packages are also available via
email by emailing the Township Clerk at glaconte@chathamtownship.org. Each RFQ package must be enclosed in a sealed envelope bearing the name and address of the Planner on the face of the envelope and clearly marked with the name of the service being submitted for consideration. Packages must be submitted at the time and place above specified and will be opened and read thereafter. Packages will be accepted by mail or in person at the time specified. No RFQ package, either by mail, electronically or in person, will be accepted after the date and hour specified. In the case of mailed packages, the Township assumes no responsibility for bid proposals received after the date and time specified. The Planner must submit one (1) original, hard copy, and one electronic copy. The Township Committee reserves the right to waive any informalities and reject any and all proposals. Planners shall comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq. and N.J.A.C. 17:27 et seq. All final awards shall be made by resolution adopted by a majority of the Township Committee based upon the proposals made to the Township that have been determined to be the most advantageous to the Township, all factors (price & other) considered.
