The DISA DSO is seeking information on potential sources for the consolidated effort, referred to as AWS-3 Licensee Early Entry Coordination Support.  Under the AWS-3 transition, initial Department of Defense (DoD) assessments indicated it would take several years for DoD systems to transition out of the 1755-1780 MHz band, and some assets must indefinitely remain in a sharing arrangement.  To support this approach, AWS-3 licensees may request access to the 1755-1780 MHz band in areas where DoD operations occur via the AWS-3 Early Entry Portal (EEP).  The LEECS effort includes the technical support required for DoD to respond to these
