The solicitation will be issued, and evaluation performed utilizing FAR 13.5 Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial Products and Commercial Services under the guidance of the Permanent Authority for Use of Simplified Acquisition Procedures.This agency proposes to issue a firm fixed price contract for Three (3) Days rental for the Mobile Crane and Rigging Services at Norfolk Naval Shipyard in Portsmouth, Virginia. Request for Quote SPE4A822Q0061 will be an “Unrestricted” Full and Open Competition.  A complete technical data package, Purchase Description VIDA 22-70-1008, Dated May 13, 2022, including Rigging, and Shipping requirements is included as a part of the solicitation.
