Investment Portfolio Management (15900)

First Mutual Transportation Assurance Company (“FMTAC”), a New York State licensed captive insurance company subsidiary of the Metropolitan Transportation Authority (“MTA”), hereby solicits a technical and cost proposal for the performance of portfolio management services of FMTAC funds dedicated to its insurance programs. FMTAC’s intention is to contract with a Portfolio Manager who will (1) advise FMTAC on the best portfolio structure to meet the goals of its insurance program funds; (2) advise FMTAC on the proper performance measurements to achieve the goals of the program; and (3) manage the portfolio to meet the investment goals.
