Vehicle Cleaning and Decontamination

The Contractor shall provide performance-based enhanced cleaning and decontamination services for all contracted vehicle conveyances that transport detainees in Customs and Border Protection custody to eliminate the spread of COVID-19. Vehicles shall include Thomas buses, coach buses and 13-passenger vans.The required services supporting CBP will be performed in the nine Border Patrol sectors of San Diego, El Centro, Yuma, Tucson, El Paso, Big Bend, Del Rio, Laredo and Rio Grande Valley, as well as Office of Field Operations  Ports of Entry. Schedules may be identified by a route or identified as a staging point where the transport will be determined, as needed.These services are required 24 hours per day, 7 days per week.  All cleaning objectives shall be met through full compliance with CDC regulations and procedures.See attached Performance Work
