Clean Energy Communities Voluntary Benchmarking Software Tool (4478)

The New York State Energy Research and Development Authority (NYSERDA) is issuing this solicitation to select a vendor to configure and maintain a Benchmarking Software Tool for an upcoming Clean Energy Communities voluntary benchmarking program. This RFP seeks an “off-the-shelf” software tool that can be configured to meet NYSERDA’s reporting and dashboard display needs. The Benchmarking Software Tool will capture and report on building information and utility data shared to NYSERDA’s ENERGY STAR Portfolio Manager® (ESPM) account. The Benchmarking Software Tool will be used to manage building data for various facilities participating in localized Battle of the Buildings campaigns happening across New York State.
