The Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), National Institutes of Health (NIH), National Cancer Institute (NCI), Division of Cancer Epidemiology and Genetics (DCEG) has a need for five thousand two hundred (5200) Human Papillomavirus (HPV) genotyping test kits, two (2) polymerase chain reaction (PCR) systems, and eight hundred (800) cervical specimen collection kits. These kits will be utilized in support of ongoing research efforts of HPV.This is a Combined Synopsis/Solicitation for commercial items, prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice, and shall be processed in accordance with FAR Part 13 – Simplified Acquisition Procedures. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation that will be provided in relation to the stated need contained herein. This solicitation, 75N91021Q00171, is issued as a request for quote (RFQ) and includes applicable provisions and clauses in effect through FAR Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC)2021-06 (07/12/2021).This requirement is a Total Small Business Set-Aside the North American Industry Classification Code (NAICS) 325413 (In-Vitro Diagnostic Substance Manufacturing) for which the business size standard of 1,250 employees.
