"SPECIFICATIONS\nFOR\nHANCOCK COUNTY COMMISSION\nIN CAR VIDEO AND BODY WORN CAMERAS\n\nScope: The Hancock County Commission is soliciting bid proposals from qualified companies to provide\nthe Hancock County Sheriff\u2019s Office with 25 officer body worn cameras and 25 in car camera systems. In\naddition, companies must provide a video storage solution, which partners with the provided body worn\ncameras and in car cameras, to store, manage, retrieve and share captured digital video. Qualified\ncompanies will also provide a Service Agreement which includes service on equipment, hardware and\nsoftware for 5 years. Potential Vendors must demonstrate experience in designing and maintaining body\nworn cameras, In car cameras, and backend server solutions. The intent of this request for bid proposal\nis to acquire body worn and in car video cameras for public safety officers use that offers ease of use,\nfunctionality, recording and storage capabilities.
