Description: The Pike County Parks & Recreation Authority is requesting competitive bids for the construction of a new 6,000 SF Community Center and parking lot at the Pike County Soccer Complex. The project consists of converting an existing metal roof pavilion into a new community center. Site work will include three-phase erosion control with sampling and N.O.T., installation of a three-inch water line (approx. 3,700 LF), modifications to existing detention pond, installation of new septic system for the community center, demolition of existing asphalt trails, minor grading and drainage, installation of a new asphalt parking lot and vehicular turnaround/drop-off, concrete sidewalks, and landscaping.
