The County of Henrico and Henrico County Public Schools (HCPS) has numerous buildings that require periodic renovation or demolition work to be performed. Because of the age of these buildings many have been found to contain lead and asbestos materials. In order to provide a safe environment for the citizens and employees of Henrico County, abatement services of these hazardous substances are needed.
