The assessment shall identify capacity and operational deficiencies as well as recommended upgrades to optimize heating and cooling efficiency, humidity control, proper ventilation and indoor air quality improvements in Plant 100 and Plant 200. The final assessment report should include recommendations for an HVAC system upgrade meeting the current industry standard protocols codes and standards for commercial HVAC design. The proposal should include cost estimates for an upgraded commercial HVAC system custom design with shop drawings and procurement services for the supply, installation, and commissioning of the recommended design.
