This is a notice of intent to award a Firm Fixed Price (FFP), sole source purchase order in accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i) and (ii) to Gans and Pugh Associates 690 Center Street, Suite 201 Herndon, VA 20170, for Gans & Pugh Oligen Communications Limited manufacturer, Tac Wid (Part # TW-D01) Wifi Disruption Tool, ten (10) each and Gans & Pugh Oligen Communications Limited manufacturer, Tac Wid Accessory Pack (Part # TW-A01), ten (10) each. Communications Limited has one distributor which is Gans and Pugh Associates and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) has a requirement for Wifi Disruption Tools, and although this is a product purchase it is covered under services NAICS code 541512 Computer Systems Design Services .
