DESCHUTES COUNTY HEALTH SERVICES DEPARTMENT  REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS  Non-Medical Transportation Services Deschutes County, a political subdivision of the State of Oregon, acting by and through the Deschutes County Health Services Department, consisting of Public Health and Behavioral Health Divisions (DCHS), is releasing this solicitation to secure one (1) or more contractor(s) for non-medical transportation services for clients in need of transportation to appointments or to Deschutes County Health Services Stabilization Center.
