The Area Plan/Specific Plan shall be prepared pursuant to the requirements of Chapter 13 of the TRPA Code of Ordinance and California Planning and Zoning Laws. Notes It is the consultant's responsibility to allow sufficient time to complete and upload its proposal prior to the stated deadline. The PlanetBids system will not accept late proposals.
