Grounds Maintenance Service Contract

Summary The Village of Lake in the Hills Public Works Department is accepting proposals for the Grounds Maintenance Service Contract. This is a joint contract with the Village of Cary. The specified weekly grass mowing and fertilization services are to be performed for the year 2018 mowing season, from approximately April 2, 2018 – November 3, 2018 (31 weeks). Optional Year (1) April 1, 2019 – November 2, 2019 (31 weeks). Optional Year (2) April 6, 2020 – November 7, 2020 (31 weeks). A pre-proposal meeting is scheduled for January 8, 2018, at 10:00 am at Public Works, 9010 Haligus Road. Proposals are due by Tuesday, January 30, 2018, at 10 am at Public Works, 9010 Haligus Road.
