John Muir Elementary School Early Learning Addition and Miscellaneous Improvements Project Until: December 8, 2022 at 10:00 a.m. Seattle Public Schools (District) is requesting statements of qualifications and proposals from General Contractor/Construction Manager (GC/CM) firms to support the district’s Capital Projects division to provide preconstruction and construction services for the John Muir ES Early Learning Addition and Miscellaneous Improvements project identified in the Buildings, Technology, and Academics/Athletics V (BTA V) Capital Levy. The district intends to award a contract utilizing the General Contractor/Construction Manager (GC/CM) competitive alternative construction procurement process authorized under the Revised Code of Washington, Chapter 39.10. The district obtained project approval from the Washington State CPARB PRC to utilize the GC/CM delivery method on this Project.
