The 137th SOSS SERE Program is searching for sources that can provide 2x Personal Jet Ski Watercrafts (PWC) with double trailer to conduct Water Survival Training. This is a sources sought only no award will be made from this posting. If your company can provide this requirement please respond with a cababilities statement and indicate if your company is a small business concern. The salient features are as follows: Due to the stress of pulling a raft with up to ten personnel, these PWCs need to have a minimum 1,630cc engine, anything with less power will cause undue stress on motor. Watercraft needs to be capable of braking, utilizing a trim feature as well as moving in reverse. The fuel capacity needs to be at least 18 gallons in order to provide usage that will not be hindered by a need to frequently refuel. It needs to have a digital display to display speed, time, clock and vehicle hours at a minimum. In order to communicate over water, integrated speakers need to be present on the watercraft. Due to the possibility of being used for domestic rescue operations, craft needs to have the ability to carry three people with a weight capacity of 600lbs. Total on board storage capacity needs to be a minimum of 24 gallons to facilitate the movement of equipment.
