REQUEST FOR QUALIFIED ENVIRONMENTAL PROFESSIONAL SERVICES The City of Missoula periodically requires services by a consultant with expertise in assessment and cleanup of hazardous materials and petroleum products. These services include Phase I and Phase II Environmental Site Assessments, hazardous building material assessments, and related tasks such as cleanup planning, data summary, or data gap analysis for sites with hazardous material or petroleum issues. The assessments will be conducted within or proximate to the city limits of Missoula. The catalyzing funding for this procurement is a $300,000 U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Brownfields Assessment Grant; however, the City may deploy the selected firm on projects funded from other sources. The City may, in its sole discretion, conduct separate procurement for particular assessment or assessment-related projects. Services paid for from EPA grants are subject to relevant federal regulations and requirements.
