School Department – Boiler Cleaning Services
SEALED PROPOSALS from qualified firms will be received in the Office of the Purchasing Agent, 64 Farnum Pike, Smithfield, RI 02917; until Wednesday, 10:00am on
June 2, 2021, at which time the proposal will be opened and publicly read aloud in the Town Council Chambers, 2nd Floor of the Town Hall Building.
There will be a
Mandatory Pre-Proposal Site Visit and Meeting held on May 26, 2021 at 10:00 AMat the Smithfield High School, 90 Pleasant View Avenue. Contractors will be required to visit the job sites and be completely familiar with all aspects of this Project. Proposals will not be accepted from vendors who do not attend this meeting.
Proposal and bid specifications may be obtained through the Town’s
online Vendor & Bidder Database.
The Town of Smithfield reserves the right to reject any and all proposals or part thereof, to waive any and all informalities, and to award the contract on the basis of the lowest responsible evaluated bid proposal.

May 14, 2021at 10:00am at the East Smithfield Neighborhood Center, 7 Esmond Street, Smithfield, RI. Contractors will be required to visit the job site and be completely familiar with all existing conditions as they relate to the Project. Proposals will not be accepted from vendors who do not attend this meeting.
