Architectural and Landscape Architectural Consulting Services

The Department of Water Resources (DWR), Division of Engineering, invites qualified firms to submit a Statement of Qualifications (SOQ). The services to be provided will be architectural, engineering and landscape architectural services for building facilities projects involving various DWR owned or leased buildings and various State Water Project facilities in California, from Red Bluff to Lake Perris. The focus of the Contractor¿s work will be architectural services needed for tenant improvements. In addition, LEED services, access compliance (including ADA) evaluations, civil engineering and landscape architectural services may also be needed in conjunction with the contractor¿s architectural services for tenant improvements and to support DWR building projects. The specific work and deliverables are identified in Exhibit A, Description of Services, and will support the Division of Engineering¿s Structural Engineering Branch.
