Administration Building-First Floor Renovations

ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS Pursuant to Section 143-129 of the General Statutes of North Carolina, sealed proposals endorsed “Administration Building – First Floor Renovations” will be received by the City of Rocky Mount Purchasing Office in the Frederick E. Turnage Administrative Complex, 331 South Franklin Street, until 3:00 P.M., on Tuesday, March 30, 2023, at which time they will be publicly opened and read in the Conference Room #1 located on the second floor of the Frederick E. Turnage Administrative Complex. Bids shall be reviewed by the Owner for the furnishing of labor, material, and equipment entering into the construction of the Administration Building – First Floor Renovations. Bidders shall be advised of the results. Bids will be received for a Single Prime Contract. An open Pre-Bid Meeting for Administration Building – First Floor Renovations will be held on Monday, March 13, 2023, at 10:00 A.M. at the Frederick E. Turnage Administrative Complex, 331 South Franklin Street located in Rocky Mount, NC in conference room 1, located on the second floor. This meeting will address project-specific questions, issues, bidding procedures, and bid forms. Complete plans and specifications for this project are available free of charge for a Digital Download or a $150.00 (refundable) deposit by cash or certified check for hard copies.
