The work includes the following scope items: New structural infill, wideboard plank flooring, new panel wall and custom mantel, custom finish millwork, interior wall finishes, including custom wood wainscot, new ADA-compliant restroom, ceiling restoration, 18th century cook hearth and beehive oven restoration and flue lining, new electrical system and fixtures, new warm air furnace and air conditioning and new brick exterior walkway and landscaping.
