Rave Alert has been an

essential tool for the Department of Emergency Management. As the department is responsible for providing alerts for all incidents that happen on campus, it is crucial to ensure that everyone is safe and aware of any danger. The system has been particularly useful in emergency situations where time is of the essence, and immediate action is required. Without Rave Alert, it would be challenging to reach everyone on campus quickly and efficiently. The system has allowed the department to send out alerts to all students, faculty, and staff members simultaneously, ensuring that everyone is informed and prepared. The implementation of the Rave Alert emergency notification system has significantly improved the safety alert process in our department, and across the university. This system has streamlined the process, allowing for quick and efficient dissemination of important safety information to students, faculty, and staff. The Rave Alert system has been a valuable addition to safety protocols. The University proposes using Rave Mobile Safety for five years for compatibility of the software system. Estimated transitional costs of $132,525.00 are considered unreasonable and/or cost prohibitive.
