6515--Heart Mapping System Upgrade Notice of Intent

The Minneapolis VA Health Care System anticipates awarding a sole-source procurement to BioSense Webster Inc, of Irvine CA for CARTO Heart Mapping system at the Minneapolis VA Health Care System. NAICS code is 334510, size standard of 1250 employees applies to this procurement. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. No solicitation will be issued. A determination not to compete this proposed contract is based solely within the discretion of the Government. This notice of intent is NOT a request for competitive proposals. Comments regarding this announcement must be received no later than 4PM CST (local time) on May 17, 2021.
