Project: A/E Services for DPS's Florence Training Academy Campus Expansion Ref. #: 0000999 Type: RFSQ Status: Open Open Date: Mar 13th 2024, 12:00 PM CDT Questions Due Date: Apr 3rd 2024, 5:00 PM CDT Close Date: Apr 16th 2024, 3:00 PM CDT Days Left: 2 Project Description:SCOPE: The Texas Facilities Commission (TFC) is requesting submittal of qualifications to provide prime professional architectural/engineering (A/E) services for Project #24-020-2552 the DPS Williamson County Training Academy Campus Expansion in Florence, Texas, to support the successful execution and completion of programming, design, construction, furnishings, fixtures and equipment for the Phase 1 elements detailed in Attachment F.1 – “DPS’ Project Analysis – Williamson County Tactical Training Center (TTC) Academy dated 1/18/23”. and in Attachment F.2 – TxDPS Land Acquisition Diagram dated December 2023. This program update includes a site utilities and environmental due diligence, which will help streamline the

project’s design/design phase. CONTRACT TERM: It is the intention of TFC to award a Contract for full prime professional architectural/engineering (A/E) services for the term of the project. Services undertaken pursuant to this RFQ will be required to commence within fourteen (14) calendar days of delivery of a Notice to Proceed. The Project associated with the services requested in this solicitation is anticipated to be Seven hundred and fifteen (715) calendar days.
