Billboards in New York State

The New York Army National Guard requires a vendor to provide billboards to be located at various locations throughout New York State, as referenced in the attached scope of work.    All graphics will be provided by the Recruiting and Retention BN.Period of Performance:  6 monthsLocations:  Billboards will be mounted by vendor at 10 locations as specified in scope of workAll venders must include locations proposed in quote, anticipated impressions per location, warranty for billboards. This requirement will be completed using full and open competition.Basis of award: This award will be given to the vendor that meets most (preferrably all) of the specifications outlined in the scope of work and is the lowest price.   Alternative billboard locations can be considered if the proposed locations can still reach the targeted demographic and the impressions outlined in the scope of work +/- 20% will be considered.  This requirement can also be awarded using multiple awards to more than one
