Description The Queens Public Library Foundation (the “Foundation”), hereby solicits proposals from experienced and qualified firms and individuals (hereinafter referred to as “Proposers”) in response to this Request for Proposals (“RFP”) for the creation and administration of a direct response fundraising program as further described throughout this RFP.
