Work Order Management System

The Lee's Summit R-7 School District is soliciting proposals for Work Order Management System. The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to solicit qualified providers of work order management systems to assist the Lee’s Summit School District in accomplishing their facility repair, maintenance and asset management related objectives. The desired system will enable staff to track and manage assets, service requests, work orders, inspection reports, preventative maintenance and inventory through a centralized database of information that is accessible from both desktop and mobile devices. Lee's Summit R-7 School District (or the "District") is requiring proposers to submit their proposals electronically. Electronic submission help eliminate errors, eliminate unnecessary work, and is more friendly to the environment. Lee's Summit R-7 School District will not accept proposals that are submitted via email or fax machine. The District reserves the right to accept or reject any and

all proposals and to waive any formalities or technicalities if deemed in the best interest of the District.
