IBM Mainframe Software Maintenance

Annual software maintenance for various IBM software for a z114 mainframe for Western Illinois University, Macomb, IL, for the period of July 1, 2021 through June 30, 2022. WIU's current operating system is z/OS v2.2.
A non-mandatory pre-bid call-in will be held Thursday, June 17, 2021 at 10:00 AM CST. Additional information is included in section 1.5 of the bid document.
There is a 20 percent BEP goal for this procurement. See solicitation documentation for details. The University reserves the right to accept or reject any and all responses or parts thereof. Illinois Department of Human Rights(IDHR) eligibility number is required on all proposals, if applicable. Vendor may expect payment thirty to sixty days after receipt of invoice, unless otherwise stated in the bid documents. The contract(s) for this solicitation could exceed $50,000
