QUESTION / COMMENT STATE RESPONSE 1 Will the new pest control bid include the new digital rodent control? No, the Specifications do not specifically mention this rodent control method. Please see Specifications Section 11.7. through 11.10. regarding rodent control. 2 On the I.P.M. training for the individual locations would it be acceptable for our company to put together a quick Instructional video to walk the employees through how the program works? We have a specialist on instructional videos.

Contract Specifications has been updated to allow alternative forms of training at the discretion of Authorized User. Please see Specifications Section 8.1. 3 If we win a bid on a county and there is a State Park or TDOT or some kind of State school that did not make it on the bid would we be able to propose a quote? Yes, Authorized Users may request recurring monthly services for locations not listed in the Location Line Items. Please see Specifications Section 12. 2. Delete RFI # 32110-12408, in its entirety, and replace it with ITB 32110-12463 attached to this amendment. Revisions of the original ITB documents, Specifications, Terms and Conditions, and the Evaluation Model are emphasized within the new release. Any sentence or paragraph containing revised or new text is highlighted or written in red text. 3. RFI Amendment Effective Date. The revisions set forth herein shall be effective upon release. All other terms and conditions of this RFP not expressly amended herein shall remain in full force and ef fect.
