MFES at the current moment does not have the capability to detect Chemical Warfare Agents, limited detection for Toxic Industrial Chemicals, and limited radiological detection. A new detector utilizing current technology would greatly increase MFES atmospheric detection capabilities. The Scope includes: A single Multi-gas detectors capable of: • Toxic Industrial Chemicals detection • Chemical Warfare Agents detection • Radiological detection • Biological detection MFES requires: • 1 x chemical gas detector, with pump capacity • 1 x Test tube • 1 x carrying pouch • 1 x carrying case The vendor shall provide train the trainer session(s) for all equipment provided. The vendor shall provide a loaner program for multi-gas units sent in for repair. MFES reserves the right to buy additional units during the term of the contract. The term of contract is expected to be five (5) years commencing 2019 and ending 2024.
