New York City College of Technology Cold Spring Harbor Laboratory - DNA Learning Lab Interior & Exterior Signage Project No.: 1219043 Provide all labor, material, and equipment required for the Miscellaneous CMU and Interior and Exterior Signage at the New York City College of Technology, City Tech Building - Cold Spring Harbor Laboratory DNA Learning Lab. The scope of the Signage work includes new interior room signage and wayfinding for the 2nd floor, as well an exterior sign. The scope of the miscellaneous CMU work includes infilling CMU walls at two locations and grouting two masonry frames. The MWBE participation requirement for this project is 30%, 18% MBE and 12% WBE. A Bid Bond of 3% is required as the subcontractor will be enrolled in Skanska’s default insurance program.
