To help demonstrate the required expertise, your proposal must contain a list of project experience with municipal infrastructure construction testing services within the last five (5) years. In addition, the firm must provide a list of inspectors and lab facilities support with municipal infrastructure experience. Individuals assigned to the City of Morgan Hill must have at least five (5) years of demonstrated experience in related construction testing municipal public works infrastructure.
