INTRODUCTION The Bay County Board of County Commissioners (County) seeks proposals from qualified firms with experience in Micro Market operations to furnish all services, labor, and materials necessary to operate a Micro Market at the Bay County Government Center GCB) for employees and the visiting public. This Request for Proposal (RFP) will allow the successful Proposer to place equipment for fresh food items, soft drinks, fruit drinks, water, coffee, candy, snacks, etc., in facilities owned by Bay County. Currently Bay County does not offer Fresh Food. PRE-BID MEETING A Pre-Bid Meeting will be held at 9:00 am, Wednesday, May 26, 2021 in the Purchasing Conference Room located at 840 West 11th Street Panama City, FL 32401. Site visits may be scheduled at the pre-bid meeting. Proposals will be publicly opened immediately following the deadline. It is the sole responsibility of the Respondent to ensure that the Proposal is received on time. Each Proposal shall be delivered to the Board of County Commissioners Purchasing Department, at 840 W. 11th Street, Suite 2500, Panama City, Florida 32401, no later than the Proposal deadline.
