Boeckman Road Corridor Project

The City of Wilsonville is soliciting Proposals from qualified consultants experienced in providing professional engineering services as an Owner’s Representative for the Boeckman Road Corridor Project. This project includes a new Boeckman Road bridge over Boeckman Creek, extension of sanitary sewer improvement between Boeckman Creek and Stafford Road, urban roadway upgrades to Boeckman Road between Canyon Creek Road and Stafford Road, and a signalization of the Canyon Creek Road/Boeckman Road intersection.  Requested services include technical engineering expertise and support services to supplement the City’s project “Owner” responsibilities required to assist with a progressive design build procurement for the design and construction of the Boeckman Road Corridor project. The successful responder to this RFP as the Owner’s Representative, will not be allowed to participate on the progressive design build project delivery team.  Work is expected to begin in November 2021 and continue through June 2024.
