Administrative Support Services

The Federal Railroad Administration (FRA) intends to execute a six-month sole source extension to the existing Administrative Support Services IDIQ Contract Number 693JJ618D000003 with Dynamic-Pro Inc. under the authority of 41 U.S.C. § 253(c)(1) as implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302.1, "Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements" [48 C.F.R. 6.302-1 (2015)].The current effort is being re-competed by the Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) as a competitive 8(a) set-aside procurement. The extension of the existing FRA IDIQ for six months will allow for continued administrative support until December 2020 without experiencing a gap in required services.All responsible 8(a) sources may submit a capability statement, which shall be considered by the agency.
