The U.S. Government currently occupies office and related space in a building under lease in Wasilla, Alaska that will be expiring. The government is considering alternate space if economically adventageous. The government has a requirement for 300 to 400 SF of commercial/retail office space to establish a recruiting office. Evaluation criteria to include, but not limited to; meets recruiting mission requirements, located in the Wasilla, Alaska area, lessor past performance (if applicable), site visibility, fully serviced lease, parking for up to two (2) government vehicles, and pricing consistent with comparable sites in the local area.In making this determination, the government will consider, amongst other things, the availability of alternative space that potentially can satisfy the government's requirements, as well as costs, replication of tenant improvements and telecommunication infrastructure, and non-productive agency
