Oregon State University (“OSU” and/or “Owner”) is conducting a competitive Comprehensive Reserve Invitation to Bid (ITB) process to retain ONE (1) General Contractor for the Research Way Building Library Archive project (the “Project”).
OSU is seeking bids only from firms accepted into OSU’s 2019-2023 Construction Related Services Reserve Contracting Program.
Firms not currently in the Construction Related Services Reserve Program can apply for entry into the program by responding to the RFQ contained at the following link:

The Work consists of partial renovation of the basement of the OSU Research Way Building at 4700 Research Way, Corvallis, Oregon. The renovation includes but is not limited to the demolition of existing abandoned MEP distribution, installation of new HVAC equipment, spray-applied insulation, wire partitions, etc. to create a new storage area for the Valley Library archive.
