Notice is hereby given that the City of Saint Charles will receive sealed proposals at City Hall, 200 North Second St., St. Charles, MO until 2:00 p.m. local time April 8, 2021 at which time all bids for the SPRING MILL ESTATES WATER QUALITY PROJECT BID NO. 4539 will be publicly opened and read. The City of Saint Charles hereby notifies all bidders that it will affirmatively ensure that in any contract entered into pursuant to this advertisement, businesses owned and controlled by socially and economically disadvantaged individuals will be afforded full opportunity to submit bids in response to this invitation and will not be discriminated against on the grounds of race, color, religion, creed, sex, age, ancestry, or national origin in consideration for an award.
