Prospectus for the Operation and Maintenance of Mondeaux Dam Lodge Restaurant and Recreation Rental Service

This prospectus is being issued to solicit applications for a concession restaurant and commercial recreation rental service special use permit. A permit or permits to provide high-quality public service in the operation and maintenance of government-owned recreation facilities located on the Medford-Park Falls Ranger District, Chequamegon-Nicolet National Forest, will be issued. The permit will include the following:• Mondeaux Dam Lodge, Caretaker’s Residence, and garage.• Commercial Recreation Rental Service• Other: swimming beach, picnic area, and other aspects of the site as described in Section C.o Note: It does not include the four campgrounds or Lakeview Picnic Area that surround the Mondeaux Flowage.
