Other Details The City of Fresno is soliciting proposals to: SB 90 Cost Reimbursement Claim Services. This request is for a four (4) year Contract with three (3) possible one (1) year extensions. Proposals shall be submitted on the forms furnished herein, with all documents listed on the Proposer's Checklist, completely filled out, properly signed by the Proposer and electronically filed utilizing Planet Bids prior to the date and time specified in the Notice Inviting Proposals. All proposals will be publicly opened and recorded. Proposals received at 2:00 p.m. or after will not be accepted.
