Task Order Unit Price – Curb Ramps and Sidewalks Contract 2

PROJECT LOCATION: Project locations will be throughout the City of Seattle as specified in each Task Order issued after the Contract is executed. PROJECT DESCRIPTION: This project consists of performing improvements to ADA curb ramps and associated curbs and sidewalks. Typical work to include traffic control, survey, surface removal, sawcutting, excavation, subgrade preparation, forming, placing and finish concrete work, detectable warning plates, Pedestrian Pushbutton Assembly installation, drainage and utility rework, HMA paving and roadway cement concrete, channelization, landscaping, installation of speed humps, and traffic sign installation or relocation. The Minimum Award Value for this contract is $200,000.00, as defined in Section 1- 01.3. The Work will be assigned by Task Orders. Each Task Order will specify the scope of work for curb ramps and sidewalks for each intersection, and must be performed as specified in the Contract and the Task Order details.
