RFP #2022-073 - Independent Contract Relocation Specialist

**Addendum #1 Posted: The proposal due date for this RFP has hereby been amended to Friday, November 11, 2022, at 2:00 p.m. CT The North Central Texas Council of Governments (“NCTCOG”) seeks experienced organizations and/or individuals to render nursing home relocation (“relocation”) services. The purpose of this Request for Proposals (“RFP”) is to solicit responses that result in a contract with a qualified independent relocation specialist. The North Central Texas Area Agency on Aging (NCT-AAA) is a program of NCTCOG. NCT-AAA's relocation program serves a 19-county area, consisting of Collin, Cooke, Dallas, Denton, Ellis, Erath, Fannin, Grayson, Hood, Hunt, Johnson, Kaufman, Navarro, Palo Pinto, Parker, Rockwall, Somervell, Tarrant and Wise Counties. However, its primary need for coverage is in Erath, Johnson, Palo Pinto, Parker, Tarrant, and Wise Counties. Please review the attached RFP document for additional details on this project.
