The anticipated term of the contract resulting from this RFQ is one (1) year with the option of two (2) one-year extensions. Services to be provided in the study phase may include, but are not limited to, the following primary evaluation and assessment activities: • Evaluate and assess existing facility, and current operations, • Identify current and anticipated regulatory requirements, • Review plant background and previous related documentation, • Develop a narrative and flow diagram to describe the facility’s existing treatment processes and annotate

future processes, • Review of available data, • Conduct data gap analysis, • Develop functional requirements and identify needs for each process area, • Identify and recommend strategies to address identified issues • Identification of potential projects, and • Implementation plan. Selected Offeror shall anticipate a need to perform information gathering, research, analysis, interviews with existing personnel, meetings, and site visits. Any condition assessment activities for the existing assets may be performed as a supplemental service on an as-needed basis.
