Department of Transportation Pipeline and Hazardous Material Safety Administration (Title 49, Code of Federal Regulations, Part 107, Subpart G) Hazardous Materials Transportation License issued by California Highway Patrol (CHP) Waste Tire Hauler Registration Decal (for each vehicle with effective and expiration dates) issued by Cal Recycle (Department of Resources Recycling and Recovery ) Hazardous Waste Transporter Registration issued by the Department of Toxic Substances Control, California Environmental Protection Agency (CalEPA). (Chapter 6.5, Division 20 Health and Safety Code (H&SC) and CCR, Title 22, Division 4.5 Transporter EPA ID (Section 3010 of the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act) Motor Carrier Permit issued by California Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV), CVC, Section 34601 as described in Item 7 of this Invitation for Bid and in Exhibit E of the Proposed Forms of Agreement, Attachment 9.
