The Ottawa National Forest located in the western upper peninsula of Michigan is pleased to announce the availability of our campground and recreational facilities concessionaire prospectus. The areas being offered under special use permit include, The Black River Harbor Campground and Pavilion facilities and four Bessemer Ranger District Campgrounds. The four additional campgrounds include: Bobcat Lake, Henry Lake, Moosehead Lake, and Pomeroy Lake Campgrounds. All areas are included in one bid item.This prospectus is being issued to solicit applications for a concession special use permit authorizing use of National Forest System lands and the operation and maintenance of Government-owned recreation facilities.A pre application showing of the site will be made available by appointment only between the hours of 8am central time and 4pm central time on the 8th, 14th and 19th of November 2019.
